Bridge DesignMcGee Engineering has 30 years of experience designing permanent and temporary bridges. We have designed bridges for private and public use, for standard highway legal loading and for heavy off-highway vehicles (including logging, mining, and construction equipment). We specialize in practical, cost-effective design to maximize structural efficiency while reducing construction time.
Contractor Support EngineeringMcGee Engineering provides contractor support engineering for bridge contractors. This work includes temporary falsework, detour bridges, temporary shoring, work platforms, cofferdams, debris containment, bridge demolition plans, and beam erection plans. We have experience in all aspects of bridge construction and provide sound engineering solutions for complex job problems.
Bridge Inspection and RatingMcGee Engineering has inspected hundreds of bridges, including on- and off-highway bridges for public and private clients. In our work on forest lands, we compile bridge inventories and establish a regular inspection program to facilitate maintenance of a safe, cost effective bridge infrastructure.
